Guyson Corp. has introduced the Model 7, an open-access blast cabinet for manual processing of large or awk- ward components. The unique three- door feature of the Guyson Model 7 allows for the loading and unloading of components from the overhead, side, and front of the unit. The Model 7 has a blast chamber that measures 36-in.

high X 60-h wide X 36-in. deep pro- viding an unusually abundant amount of space and freedom for blasting. This makes the system ideal for bulky com- ponents. Once the doors are latched tight, a seal is created within the con- tinuous-welded steel cabinet. Blast media and dust are contained within the cabinet, which is equipped with a compressed air blow-off nozzle as standard. The dual-opening front doors allow for the loading of components with a hoist or forklift. The slam-shut side door can be used for frequent loading and unloading or for smaller components that are easier to handle.
