Here is a short list of what Blackhat SEO techniques will be a pain to use, or most likely not at all. Don’t say we didn’t warn you pal! 1. Article spinning. Basically it works like this: you rewrite existing articles but you change certain word, phrases or sentences with alternatives for them, and it gives you a different outcome on every spin you make. But usually the outcome is human unreadable, duh! 2. Link schemes. It implies that all the behavior on your website, links that come towards or the outgoing links. It tries to manipulate Page Rank or the site’s ranking in Google, but Google isn’t that dumb, they are watching you, even now, when you read this. 3. Link farms. We don’t talk about real farms with cows and stuff. It’s also kind of like a farm but a website one. It’s a group of web sites that all hyperlink to every other site in the group. 4. Link wheels. Is the process in creating of a larger number of new blogs or micro sites on a particular topic. On each of them you write unique content and include a link to your targeted website and one link to other blog or micro site. 5. Rich Snippet Markup Spam. Who in heavens came up with that name? It is intended to summarize the content of a page in such a way for the users to understand easier what the page is about in the search results. Yet they couldn’t find a shorter name for this Blackhat SEO technique. 6. Automated queries to Google. Includes using any software to send automated queries to the big old Google to determine how a website or webpage ranks in Google search results for various queries. 7. Creating pages, sub domains, or domains with duplicate content. You don’t have to be a genius to figure this one out. Duplicate is the key word here. And if you really want to get technical, we are here to serve thee. It refers to substantive blocks of content that match almost completely or are very similar. Usually not deceptive in origin.
