MODELS OF ENGAGEMENT
Direct Recruitment Model :
In this option we work on a flat percentile basis, for e.g. 8.33%, 12.33%
and 16 % based on experience., grade, skill sets, etc.
Retainer plus Percentile Model :
In this option we draw a retainer charge per month plus work on a slab
basis based on your requirements.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing Model : In this option we charge for the resource that is co located at your offices, as well work on a slab basis for all successful requirements.
