L’idea progettuale si impone dal concetto di trasformabilità, del diventare: infatti, una volta scelta la profondità tra

due opzioni possibili - 60 cm o 80 cm, è possibile fermarsi ad un’altezza dell’oggetto di 90 cm e ideare il frontale

con cassettiera, ante, tramoggia e ripiani a giorno, oppure decidere di estrudere le due gambe posteriori elevandolo a

135 cm o 240 cm da terra come elemento murale. Gli elementi verticali, in acciaio inox AISI 304, al di sopra del livello

top, sono regolarmente forati per l’applicazione di tre diversi modelli di mensola: il ripiano in melaminico, le aste

d’aggancio in tubolare inox e quelle inclinate a 40° per

appoggio/esposizione delle due ceste in legno di faggio.

A 240 cm di altezza è possibile incastrare un cielino,

appositamente registrato con laterali (di sezione

uguale al verticale) e pannelli (in melaminico come

la schiena) che gira in orizzontale per la profondità

del modulo e si piega frontalmente per 12 cm

offrendo l’opportunità di nascondere una barra led di illuminazione specifica. Facile da usare nelle

progettazioni d’arredo anche grazie alla possibilità di

creare elementi d’angolo, terminali, e moduli su misura

per ogni ambientazione. Il Sandwich ragionato in tre

toni d’essenza - rovere moro, ciliegio e faggio - offre

comunque soluzioni di finitura e colore personalizzabili.

Sandwich è arredo d’esposizione e da lavoro,

dall’architettura geometrica e robusta (gli spessori dei

materiali ne sono una garanzia) che si dettaglia arrivando

alla scelta della maniglia incassata in acciaio satinato.

The project impressed with the concept of “trasformability”,

of development, is revealed by the view of the front: it is either

possible to set for a 90 cm high item and create a set of drawers,

doors, hopper and open shelves on the front or decide to

“further” extrude the two legs at the back, lifting the item up

to 240 cm high and create a wall element. Vertical elements,

in AISI 304 stainless steel, above the top’s level, feature holes

to fit three different kinds of shelves: the melamine shelf, with

stainless steel hanging rod and the shelves titled at a 40-degree

angle to place/display the two baskets made with beech

wood. It is possible to fit in a covering surface at 240 cm high,

specially adjusted with lateral surfaces (with the same depth

of the vertical one) and panels (made with melamine, like the

back panel). The covering surface moves along the depth of

the module and bends down on the front (12 cm), offering the

chance to conceal a LED bar providing specific lighting. The

item can be easily used for furniture projects also thanks to the

possibility of creating corner and end units and custom-built

modules for any kind of setting.

Sandwich is offered in three wood-type designs - dark oak,

cherry or beech - though custom finishes and colours are

available too.

Sandwich is a furniture item for display and working areas,

with a sound geometric design (the thickness of the materials

represent a guarantee in this sense) with details comprising a

recessed steel handle with a satin finish.
