The bizhub C352 deals with print jobs in avery efficient manner thus maintaining a highlevel of availability. The speedy 35 copies per minute applies to both the high definitionmonochrome and high quality colour outputthanks to the innovative tandem one-passprocess. Scanning, including double-sided,runs at up to 65 originals per minute, thusrapidly freeing the device for further jobs. To maximise up-time the fast processingEmperon™ print controller simultaneously ripsthe next waiting job whilst printing takesplace. There is virtually no break in operation.

The Status Notifier saves much user time. The user is kept informed of progress and thusunnecessary trips to the device or standingaround waiting for a job to be finished areeliminated.

Encrypted communication (SSL)ensures that even with the interception ofdata no security break can occur. PDFencryption prevents opening of data. Secureprint means that a print job is only processedonce a password has been entered at themachine thus allowing the user to supervisethe print run. Within the machine data storagesecurity can be assured with the additionaldata encryption. The Administrator can rest assured that everything is secure as thebizhub C352 is security certified under ISO 15408 EAL3.

The bizhub C352 provides the required fullmanagement and monitoring with PageScopeNetcare, a part of the standard installedPageScope Suite. The Administrator canaccess the device via intranet or internet andin addition there is automatic status notifi-cation. The Administrator always has his fingeron the pulse.

PageScope Data Administrator also assuresuser management of up to 1,000 users.Access rights, rights to functions and costcentres can all be defined. Included are thespecification of mode (colour or b/w) andquantity for copying and printing and securitycontrols for external data transmission e.g. inorder to safeguard company information.These are important management tools.
