iL Professional 4000 F/MPProducts can be easily loaded due to the low design of the iL Professional 4000 F/MP. iL Economy 300 F/SP Type2The single point load receptor can be used as a stationary or mobile solution in dry or wet environments. Model for dry areas: Galva-nized steel, load cell made of aluminum. Model for wet areas: Support and load cells made of stainless steel. Ide-ally suitable for use in very harsh environments thanks to its high protection IP68.

FSL-EVO S L-shapeThe fully automatic machine FSL-EVO S facilitates quick and reliable fi lling of high quality and sensitive prod-ucts in variable containers. By means of a set up bu� er section the fi lling system largely runs autonomous-ly. Your benefi t: Possible operating errors resulting from incorrect settings can be minimized. Also available as an Ex model for zones 1 and 2.

GLPmaxx 80/160In combination with the Bizerba weighing technolo-gy the thermal direct / ther-mal transfer printer is the perfect entry into manual price labeling. The printer is network compatible and can also be controlled directly via the Internet.

Our networked hardware and software solutions are the intelligent response for your process optimization. Wherever there is a need to speed up and automate processes, our pioneering systems with inte-grated software provide a better overview and more transparency.

iS50-ExThe iS50-Ex is designed for Ex zone 1/21 and meets protection type IP65 due to its industrial design with stainless steel housing. The weighing terminal can be used as a table top, column or wall mounted device. It establishes weight data, controls components suchas dosing systems and re-cords all operating data.

CWEmaxx with MDThe checkweigher of the CWEmaxx series is suitable for high performance lines and checks nominal weights of up to 15 kg. It impress-es with a throughput of maximum 400 products/minute. A built-in Varicon metal detector transforms the dynamic checkweigher into a complete inspection system. Out-of tolerance or contaminated packages are automatically ejected.

CWL Eco fl exxPerfect process control for high speed, heavy load, or high safety class applications: The dynamic in-motion scale provides perfect performance for in-dividual requirements. Easy to integrate in intralogistical conveying systems it can be confi gured and parameter-ized in record time thanks to BRAIN2.

BRAIN2The BRAIN2 software platform sets new standards in terms of centralization, data transfer and reliability of your production. Easy to integrate in ERP systems and networked with software applications and analysis tools (statistics, tracking & tracing) it covers the entire workfl ow. Non-thermal labelsBizerba L&C special papers and fi lms without ther-mal-reactive surface are ide-ally suitable for decorative use due to their high print contrast and shiny surface.

GLM-LAs a stand-by unit or combined with a weighing and transportation unit the fully automatic labeler GLM-L is particularly suitable for logistics applications in harsh environments. The GLM-L applies thermal direct or thermal transfer printed labels up to a size of DIN A5.

Highly reliable

FSL fi lling systemsDue to numerous interfaces, all Ex mo-dels of the FSL series can be easily in-tegrated in existing production and IT networks. Based on the desired appli-cation you can safely perform weigh-ing as accurate as 1 g, gentle dosing and fi lling functions in your produc-tion process.

Safe control cabinet solutionsFor our semi-automatic FSL models in standard design our control cabi-net which is suitable for explosive risk areas o� ers you maximum safety at minimal costs. Our solution for fully automatic FSL systems: A force-venti-lated control cabinet which prevents

explosive dust and gas atmospheres inside the control cabinet. You re-main fl exible in terms of selection and installation of the control com-ponents and you can even safely in-tegrate such components which are not explicitly produced for the Ex zone.

iS weighing terminalsWith the Ex terminals you can safely perform counting, dosing or fi lling functions. Also data recording ac-cording to prepack regulations and tolerance control can be carried out reliably. With the iS50-Ex, even a Soft-PLC can be used in the Ex zone. iS50-Ex and iS50-Z2 are freely pro-

grammable and perfectly adapt to your needs. Via variable interface they can be smoothly integrated in your production and IT networks.

E� cient handlingAll Ex models of the iS series are fi t-ted with an integrated power supply unit. Thanks to this practical design concept additional solutions are not necessary and your sta� can work ef-fi ciently. Also operating the weighing terminals is easy and convenient due to the integrated fully graphic dis-play. Furthermore, the sophisticated design o� ers you fl exible mounting options: Use as a table top, column or wall mounted device as well as con-trol panel mounting are possible. Our battery box BK-Ex 24V ensures max-imum fl exibility in the production with mobile systems in the Ex zone. The battery pack version ensures a smooth power supply.

iL load receptorAlmost all models of the iL load re-ceptors as Ex variants provide accu-rate and reliable weighing results. You may choose from models for weigh-ing ranges between 3 kg and 15 t.
