The lists may be utilized as prospective userslist in their business operations. • Seminar theme and its contents must be decided through prior discussions with the Managing Office. • Sponsors are required to comply with the privacy policy set forth by Nikkei BP, Inc., upon receiving the list of attendants. Sponsors are also required to sign receipts upon receiving their lists of seminar attendants. • In complying with the private information management rule, data of the seminar attendants and their name cards will not be provided to sponsors until after the event is over. The exhibition contract date shall be the date the application form is received by the organizers. Cancellation charges are 30% for the period from the contract date through July 27, 2007, and 100% after that date.
