cooking from a very young age.

My background includes cooking for

hotels and restaurants, where I have

worked in a variety of fast-paced

kitchens with a real buzz of

excitement. However, the majority of

my experience was built as a chef in

various establishments, including

specialised cooking for officers and

senior management. This is where

precision and organisation in

cooking are highly important.

I have worked at the College for

12 years and have taught a wide

range of hospitality courses,

including the new Chefs Diploma,

where I enjoy giving students a

genuine taste of life in a real

working kitchen.
