We truly appreciate you choosing Songbirds Music, Art, & Dance Center for your birthday celebration! To help ensure the best possible experience we ask you to review our terms:

• A deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable.

• A credit or debit card must remain on file until the balance is completely paid.

• The remaining balance is due in full the day of your party. • We have a 14-day cancelation policy. If you need to

cancel and would like to avoid being charge for the full amount, we must be notified at least 14 days in advance.

• Your Birthday Party includes: activities and materials as selected for the event, a Songbirds Host to oversee activities, 30 minutes for cake and presents, light décor, tables, and chairs.

• Songbirds staff will be responsible for setup, tear down, and cleanup.

• Songbirds is not permitted to serve food/ cake as we are not a licensed facility for food and beverage service. We will provide water.

• You are welcome to provide your own food and beverages for the party. There is a small fridge available if needed. We recommend bringing a drink cooler.

• Party hosts are responsible for any damages caused to

the studio space or any items within the space. • Party hosts are welcome to drop of décor the day before

Liability Waiver I, the student or the student’s guardian, understand that there may be inherent dangers in the performing arts. Partaking in music instruction, dance instruction, art instruction, or any event at Songbirds Music, Art, and Dance Center may result in personal injury, accidents, or even death. I understand that Songbirds Music, Art, and Dance Center is insured in case of accident and will do everything in its power to provide a safe place for myself and/or my student(s). I release Songbirds Music, Art, and Dance Center from all claims, demands, liabilities, and damages whatsoever regarding the above. Press Release By signing this form, you give permission to Songbirds Music, Art, and Dance Center to record you and/or the student via audio recording, film recording, pictures, and other media during a live performance, lesson, or other event sponsored by Songbirds Music, Art, and Dance Center. You consent that these recordings and various media may be used in print, on the internet, and for any form of media purposes. They may be used for marketing, promotion of the school, or advertisements for future events. You understand that names of students, parents, and any attendees will not be shared or publicized. ROCK STAR VOCALS ! AGES 4+

Celebrate your birthday like a rock star! You and your friends

will warm up your voices with same warm ups the rock stars

use. You will get to use a rock star mic and learn to sing popular

pop, rock, or Broadway songs. We will pick a favorite song and

then record it using our in-house recording studio. After a break

for snacks, we will stage that song and perform it for the

parents at the end!

ROCK STAR BAND ! AGES 7+

Grab your friends and make a rock band! We will rock out on different

instruments such as the guitar, piano, drums, and more! We will pick

a favorite song, record it using our in-house recording studio, and

perform it live for the parents at the end of the party!

No musical experience necessary

M US ICAL TOTS ! AGES 0-5

Try different musical instruments, musical games, and sing songs

with this play oriented music party. We will play with rhythm, have a

dance party, and be silly with music! This party is great for both kids

and their parents/ caregivers!

JUST DANCE ! AGES 3+

Whether you love Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Jazz

Funk, Line Dancing, Swing, or Latin Dance, you

and your friends are sure to leave with some

awesome dance moves. Pick your favorite song,

and we will choreograph it, learn it, and perform it

for the parents at the end! (90-min total)

SONGBIRDS B I RTHDAY PARTIES– T IER 1

S UPER HERO S HOWDOWN AGES 5+

This party blasts off with each attendee designing their

own superhero (or villain) cape! You could pick Superman,

Batman, or even make up your own! We will learn all the

best super hero moves and stage a super hero battle!

CUSTOM T HEMED C RAFT ! AGES 3+

Want a Hawaiian themed party but not sure what to do? Let’ make

Hula skirts! Want a party centered around Minecraft? Dogs? Fairytale

Creatures? The possibilities are endless and we have countless

crafting ideas customizable for any birthday theme! (120-min total)

P R INCESS BALLERINAS ! AGES 3+

This birthday party is for the little one who absolutely loves princesses

and ballerinas! We will start off by decorating our tutus and making

our own tiaras. Then a real princess ballerina will join us to show us

how to dance. This magical birthday party is filled with fairy wands,

sparkles, and tulle galore!

PAINT PARTY ! AGES 5-12

Ever heard of a paint night events? This is very similar

except it’s for kids! Pick out a painting you love or request a

brand new one. All birthday attendees will leave with a

brand new painting and new artistic skills. This party can be

customized with your child’s favorite princess, superhero,

animal, color, and more! (120-min total)

SONGBIRDS B I RTHDAY PARTIES– T IER 2

$300 for up to 12 children ($15 per extra child)- 120 minutes total

ADV PAINT ING PARTY AGES 12+

This birthday party is extremely similar to a Paint

Night Event! Pick out a painting you love, request

a brand new one, or learn the addicting and

modern technique used in Paint Pouring pieces!

All birthday attendees will leave with a brand new

work of art and new artistic skills. This party can

be customized with your favorite city, piece of

artwork, animal, person, ect. (150-min total)

M YSTERIOUS MAGIC ! AGES 6+

Love Magic? Want to learn some of your own? For centuries the best

magicians have learned the secrets of magic from other magicians.

Sure you can learn tricks from a book, a video, or a magic kit, but the

secrets of a true magician are passed down from magician to young

magician in person. This party includes a magic training session for all

attendees and a mind-blowing magic show!

PETER PAN & T HE P I RATES ! AGES 6+

Are you ready to fight off the pirates? Or have you always wanted to

defend your pirate’s booty? This party kicks off with students creating

their swords and costume pieces. Then we will learn stage combat

moves and stage a scene between the pirates and the lost boys!
