    Welcome to Birr's 46th Annual Festival. On behalf of the Committee I invite you to come along, take part in and enjoy our eventful week covering a huge variety of events: Art, Theatre, Music, Market, Workshops, Parade, Fireworks display and much, much, more!

    PARADE ROUTE - The Festival Committee would appreciate if the parade route as outlined on the map could be left free of cars from 10am - 6pm and the Marion Hall Car Park left free for parade participants only from 12-4pm on Sun 3 Aug. Thank you.

    TRAFFIC DIVERSIONS - With special thanks to Birr Garda. In the interest of safety and enjoyment of the festival, local traffic diversions will be in operation during the Festival week. Disruption will be kept to a minimum and co-operation is appreciated.

    PARKING RESTRICTIONS - To provide space and to enhance your enjoyment of some Festival events, parking restrictions will be in place throughout the week. Please obey the temporary notices.

    CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult at all Festival events. Thank you.
