How do I reset my Workday password?

You can reset your password in our Workday system using the instructions below.

1. Go to: https://takeda.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/External2. Select “sign in” on the top right hand of the page (use a desktop computer if possible)3. Select “forgot password” and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password (Check your email

spam/junk folder if you do not see it.)

How do I accept my offer?

You will receive your offer via email. You can use the link https://takeda.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/External to sign into Workday. The login information is your email address and the password you created when applying.

The offer letter tasks consist of signing:• BioLife Offer Letter• Restrictive Covenant & Intellectual Property Rights

1. After reviewing the documents, select “eSign by Docusign.” You will be asked to select “agree to use electronic records and signatures.” Click “I agree” to proceed.

2. Next, select “continue.”

3. You will be asked to click “start.” Please read and electronically “sign” your offer.

4. In order to electronically sign you will be instructed to adopt a signature.

5. Test your signature, when ready select “adopt and sign.”

6. Once you have signed with your electronic signature select, “finish.”

Where can I find my offer in Workday?

If you do not see your offer in Workday, click the cloud icon on the top right corner and select Candidate Home.

Personal Information

The first task requests you add your Personal Information, you will be asked to input your Birthday, Gender, Ethnicity, Citizen Status, Nationality and Military Service. Once this is entered, select “OK.”

Workday tasks consist of:

• Personal Information• Government IDs• Review Documents

To begin, select the “Start” button. As you complete each task by clicking “OK” the next task will be displayed automatically.

Review Documents

The third task will ask you Review Documents. These documents are your USA Benefits and the Baseline Questionnaire. Please review and select “OK” when complete.

Confirm all tasks are completed by going to “Candidate Home.”

Government ID

The second task requests you add your National ID. Select Country and National ID Type and click “OK” to complete the task.

I have not received my offer. What should I do?

If you did not receive your offer within 24 hours, please immediately contact your pre-employment partner (PEP). Their contact information can be found in the New Hire Packet.

You can start your background by checking your email. You will receive an email directly from our background check vendor, Sterling.

Check your inbox for the email with subject, “On Behalf of BioLife: Background Screening Instructions” (use a desktop computer if possible and check your email spam/junk folder if you do not receive it).

The last page of the background check request will prompt you to your drug test registration form. Your address will automati cally populate,

and you will select the closest location to you. You will then receive an email with the subject, “Your Name – Test Registration Instructions.”

This email is very important, and you must bring it to the test center with you.

You are required to complete your drug test by the expiration date listed on the email below.

Two best practices we recommend following:

Questions about Employment Verification and Proof of High School Graduation/GED

Why is Sterling emailing me regarding my employment verification?

BioLife requires you provide the names of up to three former employers, if applicable. If Sterling contacts you regarding proof of employment, please upload either a W-2, paystub, or your IRS tax filings into your Sterling portal.

How do I obtain proof of high school graduation or GED credential?

BioLife requires proof of high school graduation. You are required to upload your high school or GED credential into Sterling. Required forms include:

• High School Transcript (graduation date must be included) or• High School Diploma• General Educational Development (GED) credential

You can contact your high school or state department of education for records. If you have a GED, you can go to GED.com.

If your high school is closed, you can obtain your records using the resources below:

State's Department of Education

If you have an international degree, contact the center you where will be working immediately.

What if I have not received my Sterling background check or drug test request within 24 hours?

If you did not receive your Sterling Background Check Request or Drug Test Registration within 24 hours, please immediately contact your pre-employment partner (PEP). Their contact information can be found in the New Hire Packet.
