JSC “Enerstena” is a company having 10-year experience in the fields of design of energetic

and industrial objects, manufacturing, construction, reconstruction, modernization, repair and

technical maintenance of boiler-houses’ equipment.

JSC “Enerstena” designs, produces and installs automated water heating and steam boilers,

The construction of equipment of biofuel boiler-houses designed, manufactured and constructed in JSC “Enerstena” meets the requirements of regulations and standards of the Republic of Lithuania and Euro-pean Union.

Fully installed equipment encompasses: equipment of fuel storage, transportation and supplying to the furnace, equipment of furnace and boiler, and ash removal container, also removal system of combustion products, including condensing economizers up to the top of the shaft (chimney).

System of biofuel boiler-houses is fully automated; equipment runs at fully automated regime without constant operator’s supervision. Automated control system (SCADA) is installed in the biofuel boiler-hou-ses, which facilitates the exploitation of the whole biofuel boiler-house, allows monitoring of condition of the boiler-houses, generating reports on break-downs.Fuel supply from he storage to the furnace and ash removal is fully automated thus manual operations are not required.

In biofuel boiler-houses, up to 4 MW, designed and constructed in JSC “Enerstena”, biofuel boiler is horizontal, integrated together with a furnace. Boiler-house may be installed in small premises, is easily transportable* thus installation time of this boiler-house is shorter.

The boiler-house is heated with wooden waste, cuttings, shingles, firewood, barks, small branches, sawdust and granules. Equipment of the boiler-houses is intended for heating with both dry and damp, up to 55% humidity, fuel.

BIOFUEL BOILER-HOUSES OvER 4 Mw

Output of biofuel boiler-houses, designed and constructed in JSC “Enerstena”, at nominal load, without emergency downtimes, is not less than 8000 hours*/year.

Main equipment of heating production of biofuel boiler-houses, over 4 MW, are hot water boilers heated with biofuel, complemented with a furnace of oblique moving grate. Type of the boilers – vertical, three-course smoke-tube. Capacity of the being installed hot water boiler is adjusted according to the assigned temperature of water running out of the boiler.

Biofuel boiler-houses and their additional equipment (boilers, furnaces, and economizer) are produced according to standards, technical regulations and directives of the European Union.

Boilers up to 4 MW, designed and constructed in JSC “Enerstena” are horizontal, of smoke-tube type, fully pressurized, working without air suction. Useful running coefficient of assemblies of the boilers is not smaller than 85 % when heating with biofuel, when running at maximum load, when temperature of the going out smoke outside of the boiler is not bigger than 180 0C, and temperature of water running out of the boiler up to 110 0C. Layer of thermo isolation of the boilers ensures temperature of boilers’ external surface not higher than 45 0C.

The boilers have high coefficient of useful running 85-90 %. Smoke courses in the boilers are made of seamless pipes. Boilers are integrated together with a furnace thus they are easily transportable*; also installation time of boiler-houses is shorter.

Hot water boilers of three courses, over 4 MW, designed and manufactured in JSC “Enerstena” are in-tended for production of thermal energy and hot water from biomass. Purpose of the boiler is production of hot water for heating system. In respect of smoke side the boiler is of three courses, out of which first course is fire tube, second and third courses are tube fibres. The boiler is complemented with all neces-sary equipment of automation. Pumps, valves and other electrified mechanisms are complemented with the boiler and controlled out of control closet of the boiler.

Parameters of the boiler may vary according to technical data required by a Client.

FURNACES

Furnaces in JSC “Enerstena” are designed by using the newest technologies. Biofuel heating furnace is of oblique, moving grate type, running at the principle of gas generation. Process of combustion in the furnace is controlled according to the level of oxygen in smokes. Fire-resistant masonry of the furnace is made of materials resistant to wear and heat.

In all sites necessary for exploitation, maintenance or repair of the furnace access door and hatches with covers are mounted, which are equipped in such way that they do not lose their shape at the length of time, also they are sealed with a gasket that is resistant to heat and acid and that ensures a total tightness of the furnace.

In order to increase a quantity of biofuel in a balance of fuel and to use biofuel more effectively, for total power of biofuel boilers a condensing economizer is equipped, that utilizes the heat inside smokes, by cooling down them below the temperature of dew point (50-65 0C). Si-multaneously smokes going through condensing econo-mizers are additionally cleaned from hard particles. With a help of condensing economizers, after having cooled down such, water containing smokes, below dew point, condensational heat is discharged. In such way in the economizer is received additional quantity 20-30 % of heat.

All parts of the condensing economizers which go in con-tact with smoke are made of steel AISI 316L. Conden-sing economizers designed and manufactured in JSC “Enerstena” are distinguished by big coefficient of useful running and by little resistance (smoke and water sides), what conditions little cost of electricity.

While condensing economizer is operating condensate inevitably pollutes with smoke ashes. Thus, the conden-sate must be cleaned of mechanical additions before disposal by spilling to sewerage. All installations of the cleaning system are made of materials (stainless steel, polypropylene, etc.) resistant to corrosive effects of con-densate and chemical reagents.

The purpose of sediment drying is to separate sediment from water to the degree that sediment could be trans-ported as damp mass in future. There are several met-hods of drainage, which can be chosen in consideration of requirements. We offer the following: drainage in strip filter and sediment collection in fine-fibre bags.

JSC “Enerstena” offers to its clients the condensing eco-nomizers of their own production, as mechanisms for production of heat, also a totally complemented, automa-tically running and by especially little cost distinguished system.
