Aseptic Technologies developed and manufactures innovative aseptic production equipment for the Pharmaceutical industry. Its equipment is designed to provide safer & easier sterility assurance for aseptic filling operations.

The vial is provided ready-to-fill with the stopper secured in place, and gamma sterilized. The filling is performed by a special needle piercing the stopper. The stopper is immediately heat-resealed by a laser.

The technology is widely used in the Regenerative Medicine and other new advanced therapies since it offers uncompromised sterility and closure integrity even during storage at cryogenic temperature (-196°C).
