Scope

Customers have a wide variety of needs and desires for personal computing as well as business use. This plan aims to generate a

methodology for dealing with custom computer builds to be created en masse for various clientele and generate QC checks

along the path to completion.This project looks at large orders of the same machine and

streamlines the process for the quickest and best output possible.

Task Breakdown• Time and Labor:

• 6 Months * 4 Wks/Month = 24 Wks • 24 Wks * 5 days/wk = 120 working days • 120 working days * 8 hrs/day = 960 working hours• 960 working hours / (7 hrs per computer) = 137 computers per person in the team of raw working time

over six months

• Initial setup of one computer with necessary updates and installed software.• Sysprep the default machine software to be replicated to rest of the computers• Test each computer for faults

• Static discharge – causes restarting• RAM testing with memory test – program errors• Benchmarking – does computer perform to baseline standard of other computers?

• Per computer Setup Includes (once system image is prepared)
