BSB is Online Wholesale Cash & Carry partner to high street retail stores.

We partner with footwear and accessory suppliers to expand the choice provided to the customers and help suppliers have the widest reach across the country.

We at Bigshoebazaar not only help penetration of supplier products, we also help suppliers with brand building, product launches, test marketing and comprehensive online presence.

Space Requirements

Tier 1- City

A build up space of minimum 2000 - 3000 sq ft.

Front will be in and around 30 ft with sufficient parking space in high street/main market.

Property should be on ground floor.

Space Requirements

Tier 2 – City A build up space of

minimum 1000 - 1500 sq ft.

Front will be in and around 22-25 ft with sufficient parking space in high street/main market.

Property should be in ground floor.

Space Requirements Tier 3 - City A build up space of

minimum 1000 sq ft.

Front will be in and around 20 ft with sufficient parking space in high street/main market.

Investment

Rs. 2500 per sq ft (Rs. 1800/- for stocks deposit and Rs. 700/- for Infra cost for Store

Minimum Guarantee & ROI

Minimum Guarantee will be calculated after the business development visits the team .

ROI is estimated at 24 to 40% per annum after deducting the operational expenses .

locations. Q. How much would a franchise cost me? A. Depending upon the location size and city, the franchisee

investment will range between Rs. 25 Lac to 1 Cr. Q. How long does it take to open franchise? A. 15 to 90 days from the signing up of the Final Franchisee

Agreement. Q. What is the ROI is this business? A. Based on the location and the plan, we will provide pay

with the projection, at the time of project discussion. It is in the range of 24% to 40% pa. (After deducting rental and all operating costs).

FAQs Q. Do I need a license to open a Franchise? A. Local shop & establishment license from

the local authority will be needed among other local licenses    to run a shop.

A. We are selling Franchises all over INDIA. Q. Do I need to currently be from a franchise

to be accepted as a franchise? A. No. Q. What is the term of franchise agreement? A. The tenure for the Franchise agreement

would be for five years, renewable.

only by the prior permission fro BSB.
