CHECK OUT 9.30AM SITES All caravan sites are powered with concrete slabs for an annexe. Each site has sufficient area for caravan, annexe and 1 car parking space. PARKING & ROAD RULES Extra cars and visitor cars may be parked in car park opposite the office or outside the park on the adjacent streets. We require everyone to drive or ride at walking pace as all our roadways are shared areas. FREE WIFI Please see office staff to register for Free WIFI. BIKES Children under 16 who wish to ride a bike or scooter in the park are required to have a bike licence. Skate boards are not permitted in park. Please see office staff for details. NO LICENCE, NO RIDE. WRIST BANDS All children are required to wear a wrist band when using facilities within the park. ADVENTURE COVE SPLASH WATER PARK and POOLS Adventure Cove Splash Water Park and Pools opening and closing times will vary with the seasons .These times will be posted on the entrance gates. Parents please supervise your children as there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool areas. JUMPING PILLOW Please observe the information sign at the Jumping Pillow regarding the correct use and safety rules. SECURITY Please lock your car and accommodation, and put away your belongings when unattended. WILDLIFE Please do not feed birds and possums bread. Birdseed is available from office for 20c per bag. FISH CLEANING Please clean your fish where you catch them. RUBBISH/RECYCLING Large rubbish and recycling bins are located near the amenity block and central points throughout the park. All guests are required to bring their rubbish to these stations. MESSAGES/MAIL Names will be posted on the notice board outside reception. Mail can be collected from reception after 2.00pm. Urgent messages will be delivered. CONVENIENCE SHOP Located at Reception. Drink and confectionery vending machines are located at the rear of Reception in BBQ area. NEWSPAPERS Are available from the service station, on the corner. DAY VISITORS If your visitors are using our facilities they must register at Reception. Wrist bands will be supplied. Fees will apply. QUIET TIME From 10.00pm to 7.00 am. Please be respectful of the comfort of others by restricting noise from TV’s, radios and social gatherings. Activities that interfere with the comforts of your fellow guests will not be tolerated. REFUNDS Please be aware that we do not refund any monies for late arrivals or early departures.
