It is good to be with you today and good to be with such a distinguished panel. Usually we talk about high performing posts in this conference but today I am here to talk about something entirely different. Some researches that we have done around what we have seen as a new phenomenon called Big Bang. But don't wor - the high performance post research is going to be coming out in September so we are not stopping that. You are getting two for the price of one today. So, our institute for high performing business has done some research. One of the things that they have found as they have been doing this research is there is a new phenomenon that has come out in the market. It is different than the sort of disruption that is happened historically. So, you see the nice sloping cue that we usually see. This new phenomenon we are calling Big Bang Disruption and it is ve different so of disruption than we have historically seen and I am going to walk you through a few examples of that, and what that means and then at the end of this presentation, I have three areas where we think we see potential disruptions. So, one of the things that the strategy groovers will tell you if you look historically is you have to compete on one of the three strategies. So, you can compete on price, think about Walma sort of strategy, you can compete on innovation making your product better and better than
