Annual Installation:This event recognizes the outgoing board of directors and welcomes the incoming leadership team for 2015. BIA Second Annual Wine Country TourLast year’s inaugural tour was such a hit, we’ll do it again in 2015. Join the golfers at Blackhawk Country Club for lunch, then head out to Livermore to tour some of the region’s best wineries. Return to Blackhawk to join the golfers at the 19th hole for networking, dinner and awards ceremony. Sponsorships available for each winery.

AUGUSTProfessional Women in Building (PWB) Educational Outreach Event:PWB’s Educational Outreach Committee partners with Junior Achievement to create Job Shadow Day where local high school students are bused to a nearby home building job site to gain hands-on experience from trade partners, sales agents, designers, construction managers, architects and engineers. Students have an opportunity to learn and experience from hands-on exposure what it takes to build a new home community. Students are exposed to future careers and a better understanding of the building industry. Anticipated attendance: 75 students + volunteers

Get more from your sponsorship dollars by becoming a BIA|Bay Area Partner! Companies that spend a total of $5,000 or more on sponsorship and advertising during 2015 will receive special value-added bonuses at no extra charge. Partnership tiers include Gold from $5,000 - $9,999 and Platinum at $10,000 or more. Partnerships are first come, first served. Some exclusions apply, including but not limited to dues, fees, event tickets, booth fees and charitable contribu-tions. Contributions to HomeAid Northern California do not qualify for the partnership program, and must be made to HomeAid separately. Contact (925) 906-9134 for sponsorship questions.
To become a BIA|Bay Area Partner, your company must commit to the total sponsorship amount, and down payment must be received prior to Jan 31, 2015. A minimum $2,500 down payment must be received by Jan 31, 2015. The bal-ance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event(s). Benefits are not guaranteed until sponsorship is paid in full.
