The Organizing Committee will organize an exhibition accompanying the Forum of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the Halal Industry and Services, at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center in the Sakhir area, which is characterized by large halls and large areas for displaying halal-related products of all kinds, in addition to displaying halal products for companies, service institutions, organizations and bodies working in the field of halal Through coordination with the event's organizing committee.

Terms and Cond�t�ons
Total sponsorsh�p amount must be pa�d 50% upon confirmat�on and 50% not later than 1st of July, 2022.
Cancellat�on Pol�cy
The cancellat�on of the Sponsorsh�p must be sent by ema�l to [email protected]
If cancellation occurs before 1st of July 2022 no administrative charges will be assessed. However, if cancellation occurs later than this date NO REFUNDS will be made whatsoever. In such a case, the cancelling Event sponsor is obliged to make payment of any unpaid portion of the total cost of the Sponsorship opportunity. If the cancelling Event sponsor fails to make such payment, the cancelling Event sponsor will also be liable for the costs of collection (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) and interest at the highest legal rate.
General Terms and Cond�t�ons:
Ÿ Company logos to be pr�nted on the final program or publ�shed on the expo webs�te or used to mark other expo mater�al have to be sent by ema�l to in JPG or PDF format [email protected] exceeding 5MB.
Ÿ Advert�s�ng s�ngle pages �n the program have to be sent by ema�l in PDF [email protected] “Ready to Print”, dimension A4 with 3mm of tolerance each side.
Ÿ All Advert�s�ng Pages have to be rece�ved by the organıser not later than Apr�l 1, 2022.
