Page 1 of 7 Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed To Be University Dental College and Hospital, Pune Workshop on Orientation Programme – NABH- Accreditation Standard For Dental Health Care Service Providers was conducted on 28 th -29 th January 2021 by Dental College and Hospital, Pune. The workshop consisted of Chapter-wise lectures, group exercises and home assignments on key DHSP Chapters. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr Asmita Jagtap, Executive Director, Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical Foundation. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Dr. Rajesh Kshirsagar and Dr. Sanjay Londhe, Consultant, Dental Sciences. A total of 36 delegates from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental Colleges of Pune, Sangli & Navi Mumbai participated in this workshop. It was a 2-day event where delegates gained knowledge of Standards for Dental Health service providers. The resource persons were - • Brig. Dr. A. K. Verma • Dr. Sushila Kawade • Dr Amol Jamkhande • Dr Darshan Hiremutt • Dr Meenal Tepan • Dr Praveena Kulkarni It was a successful event as it laid a great platform for the beginning of getting NABH- Accreditation Standard for Dental Health Care Service Providers for Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed To Be University Dental Colleges of Pune, Sangli & Navi Mumbai and to improve the capacity of all these Dental Colleges & Hospitals to provide quality of care to patients. It was the first of its kind event which was organized for all the 3 Dental Units of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed To Be University.
