BG iMatrix-511 is a recombinant laminin 511 E8 fragment of the natural laminin protein, which is a crucial cell adhesion protein that interacts with relevant cell signaling receptors to enhance cell viability and functionality. ECM Pre-coated Method

STEP 1 Dilute the BG iMatrix-511 or the BG iMatrix-511 Silk solution with sterile PBS(-).

Coat dishes with 0.5μg/cm2.(Optimal coating concentration depends on each cell line, from 0.1 to 1.5μg/cm2)

Incubate for one of the following:• 1 h at 37OC• 3 h at room temperature• Over night at 4OC.

Remove remaining fluid from the coated surface, and plate the cells at 1.0 to 2.0 x 104 cells/cm2.

Add and mix BG iMatrix-511 or BG iMatrix-511 Silk solution to the cell suspension at passing.(Recomended concentration: 0.25μg/cm2)

Plate the mixture of cell and BG iMatrix-511 solution at 1.0 to 2.0 x 104 cells/cm2.
