Introduction•One of the key success factors in any BforB group, is their

ability to explain what their group DNA is about & their flag(s) or goals to rally round.

•Successful groups can share and explain their values and behaviours to the world and demonstrate how they are doing with achieving their personal & group goals.

•One Stafford scout patrol had to recently put down their 10 values and behaviours which every scout had to agree & publicly signed up for. This was a clear statement on how they would behave at Patrol Meetings from this point onwards.

•What can we learn from these young scouts that we can apply to our business and BforB groups vis-a-vis our behaviours & values

Final Thoughts•Having a goal & a set of values that you and

your BforB group can own & share with everyone will be massive success factor in terms of growth & referrals.

•If a group of 30 scouts between 11 & 14 years of age can come up with this list (many of which we can relate too in business) and are happy to share them with new scouts and parents then we can all do this.

•What will your list look like?
