YEAR 6 PROM On Monday at 6.00pm we will host the Year 6 Prom. The children are all very excited about their celebration evening and wearing their best outfits. Please collect your child at 8.00pm. END OF TERM The school year will end on Wednesday 25 th July. The school day will end at 1.15pm and your child will need to be collected at this time even if they usually walk home alone! BACK TO SCHOOL School will start back on Wednesday 5 th September. We look forward to starting another fantastic year! SCHOOL MEAL PRICES From September, school meal prices will be increasing to £2.40 per day or £12.00 per week. If you would like to change your child’s meal pattern from September, please come to the office to put this in writing. KS2 SATS We are very proud of our year 6 pupils who have made the best progress we have ever had! Well done for all your hard work and resilience! MEDICAL DIET FORMS We are changing caterers in September so, if your child has any allergies, it is important that you return the medical diet form that we sent to you, as soon as possible. HELLOS AND GOODBYES At this time of year we sometimes have to say goodbye and thank you to staff members who are moving on to new challenges. This year we say farewell to Miss Breedon, Mr Harding, Mr Asquith, Mr Holden, Miss Townsley, Mrs Rai, Miss Walker, Miss Collier, Mrs Wyatt and Mrs Louis. We will be saying a huge hello to new staff in September. Miss Wilson, Mr Dunham, Miss Poskett, Miss Askew, Mr Sagoo, Miss Craddock and Mrs Downes will all be joining Hillcrest. We know you will give them all a warm welcome! 100% ATTENDANCE TRIP This Friday, Mr Done and Mrs Goldthorp took all of the children with 100% attendance for the whole school year out for an attendance celebration. As a reward for their excellent attendance, all of the children were taken out to pick their own attendance prizes! Thank you for your continued support. Have a lovely weekend.
