• Leg stretching: (15 sec for each leg)
• Standing on 1 leg: (15 sec for each leg)
• Step Jumping: (2 sets of 15 for each leg)
Better Ball handling• Bounce the ball in one hand for 3
minutes• Bounce the ball by switching both
hands• Bounce the ball between the legs• Bounce the Ball Behind the back
Better Passing
• Chest pass: (Towards the chest)• Bounce pass: (On the ground)• Overhead pass: (Above the head)
Better Shooting• Legs towards the rim (Both legs)• Ball in the shot chamber (Below the chin above
the waist)• Knees bending (Both together)• Lifting the ball above your head• Straight Elbow towards the Rim (Dominant
hand)• Guide hand beside the ball (Other hand)• Both hands should be up when releasing the shot• Ball should be released from index finger
