memory of Late. Shri N P Godrej,

as vehicle for implementation.

scientists in the field of Botany

& Taxonomy.

NGCPR is the first of its kind research centre in

India, perhaps in the world exclusively dedicated to

the conservation and preservation of threatened

and medicinal plants by a corporate entity.

Approved by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, India.

Implementation :-

� Cultivation, improvement and mass propagation of

medicinal and aromatic plants.

� Conservation and cultivation of endemic &

threatened plant species.

� Domestication & improvement of wild edible and

ornamental plants

� Maintenance of bambusetum and orchidarium.

� Development of an Ideal village.
