As a first-ever TED talk, I researched social organizations on campus, publications on NPOs, organized a working group, implemented their feedback, and practiced my talk with them several times. I gave the talk and with follow-up conversations, learned that several students had started their own groups revolving around social innovation and non-profit ideas.

Spearheaded interdepartmental collaboration with 8 other student councils to host first-ever undergrad mentorship program resulting in 56 students finding professional mentorsover 3 years.
Led fundraising activities with 5 other colleagues to increase donations by 22% from previous student council.
