Preliminary summary1. Reported fare evasion rates around 3 to 4 %, but

attitudes towards the ticketing system, fare evasion and ticket inspections differs between cities

2. Around 5 to 15 % of citizens might have a tendency to travel without a valid ticket

3. Up to 25 % of the population in some cities have paid a fine

4. Ticketing systems are not perceived as user-friendly, except in Helsinki
