Bridlington Links is a premier wedding venue and a hidden jewel on the Yorkshire Heritage Coast.

At Bridlington Links we always acknowledge your wedding or special event is a very important day for you and we will do everything to ensure you can relax and enjoy your celebration, so you can look back on it with happy memories and pride.

We offer the exclusive use of our stylish function room which has an unrivalled view across our 18 hole golf course and Bridlington Bay.

We welcome any discussions about your special day and have a variety of packages available. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your preferred options so we can work towards organising the day of your dreams.

The Small Print.

CateringAll of our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts and cereals containing gluten and other allergens could be present. If you or your guests have any food intolerances, please inform us when planning your wedding menu to discuss possible alternatives. Please note, most of our dishes can be adapted and although every care is taken, we cannot guarantee our meals to be “free from”. The menu descriptions do not include all of the ingredients.

We endeavour to cater for all guests attending your event. Food and Beverage will be supplied by us and guests are not permitted to bring their own or to arrange outside catering.

Meals for Children under the age of 2 are free-of-charge. Children between the ages of 2 and 10 years can choose from our Children’s Menu.

We require your final guest numbers, seating plan, pre-orders & place cards two weeks prior to your function date. The table cards need to have your guest’s name on one side and their food choices on the other.

Room HireOur room hire charges include the use of our Function Room from 8am on the day of your wedding.

Room ‘set-up’ the evening before the event, may be available and is subject to availability.

The bar will call ‘last orders’ just before midnight, so don’t forget to book your carriages for this time!

EntertainmentFor your evening entertainment we have a list of recommended DJ’s, Bands, Vocalists and even a Magician!

Management reserve the right to ensure noise levels are kept within a reasonable limit.

Candy Cart HireLove is sweet – why not share a selection of childhood memories from our traditional Candy Cart which has a fabulous sweet selection, talk to us to find out more.

AccommodationWe can recommend our own five star overnight Luxury Lodge accommodation for a limited number of guests and we are also happy to provide information of accommodation nearby. Please ask for further details.

Recommended SuppliersAt Bridlington Links we want to offer you the best service and suppliers for your special day. Our Wedding Coordinator can recommend local suppliers to meet your every need.

Car Parking We have a large Car Park available for cars to be left overnight (at the owner’s risk) and recommend that you pre-book your taxi home prior to the wedding date.

Reserving your dateWe are happy to provisionally reserve a date for you in our diary for up to 14 days. If a booking has not been confirmed with a deposit within this period, the provisional booking may be cancelled.

Initial DepositIf your event is for less than 40 guests a £200 deposit is required. If your event is over 40 guests a £500 deposit is required.

The deposit is non-returnable and cannot be offset against other charges.

Further PaymentsWe require a payment of 50% of the estimated balance; four months prior to the wedding date (may be paid in instalments).

The final balance (to include the total number of guests) must be paid two weeks prior to your wedding date.

Cancellation Policy In the unfortunate event of cancellation, Bridlington Links Golf & Leisure Estate reserve the right to charge as follows:• 13 - 20 weeks notice: 25% of the estimated value of the booking.• 5 - 12 weeks notice: 50% of the estimated value of booking.• 4 weeks or less notice: 100% of the estimated value of booking. If we are able to replace lost business, the cancellation charge may, at our discretion, be adjusted.
