Enter the ancient Ishtar gate of Babylon, see the remains of Homer’s Troy, visit the Einstein Tower created to test the theory of relativity, and tour the Nazi stadium where Jesse Owens impressed the world. Walk along the remains of the wall that separated West to East as you advance your German proficiency at the Goethe Institute in the heart of former East Germany. By living with German host families, enjoy full cultural immersion outside the classroom in a city that emerged as a model for addressing the challenges of the past and of the future.
