FOR SWEET-FRESH –CORN MARKET

The world’s first sweet corn picker is for the use of fresh sweet corn cobs and market corn cobs.

Fresh sweet (market) corn is very nutritious, inevitable addition to a healthy and balanced diet, refreshment during hot days, an irresistible treat, quality snack and a rich source of energy.

It enables agricultural producers to machine-harvest cobs and deliver top-quality corn.

Gently and quickly absorbs the pistons completely eliminating mechanical damage.

The picker enables mechanical harvesting of pistons which preserves the green mass of the piston in its entirety. The quality of harvesting in terms of intact piston and preservation of green mass is identical to hand picking.

Compared to standard types of corn, this type of corn has a markedly increased sugar level and is therefore called „super sweet“ or „extra sweet“.

The picker harvests the cobs without damaging the grain and the corn cob.

It collects the pistons in the bunker, the height of emptying the bunker is up to 4,25 m, which enables the emptying of the bunker into trucks.

It harvests the pistons equally well in both dry and wet conditions.

The main advantage of this picker is that it replaces dozens of people, it can be used to harvest pistons even in humid conditions, unlike the workforce where too much moisture prevents people from working.

NEW„BERKO“ HARVESTER FOR SWEET CORN

INTENDED FOR INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING

At the beginning of 2021. the production of a new type of picker with the latest technical and technological solutions. The picker is intended for harvesting sweet corn for further industrial processing.

Gently and quickly absorbs the pistons completely eliminating mechanical damage.

The picker enables mechanical harvesting of pistons which preserves the green mass of the piston in its entirety. Since the green mass (husk) of the cob remains on the cob, the grain does not become dirty.

Daily capacity is 5ha/day. It collects the pistons in the bunker, the height of emptying the bunker is up to 4,25 m, which enables the emptying of the bunker into trucks. It harvests the pistons equally well in both dry and wet conditions.

It has a suction turbine that allows the removal and chopping of the remains of the stabilizer and the green mass that separates after harvesting the piston.

The chopper provides efficient shredding of the green mass.

Economical and quickly cost-effective due to the reduction of high labor costs.

BERKO“ CORN PICKER

This corn picker is named after our company BERKO. It is intended for

harvesting seed corn, mercantile corn and popcorn.

Our company is ranked among the world’s leading producers of corn pickers.

We produce two types of „BERKO“ single row and double-row corn harvesters.

„BERKO“ combines are easy to handle, maintain, and are adapted to the needs of farmers since they contain fewer parts that are subject to easy maintainence.

Its operation requires 25-30% less tractor power.

The quality of harvesting and husking cobs is 15-20% better than in similar models.

„BERKO’s” output is 30% higher. This amounts to 7 hectares a day with the two-row harvester.

The most significant difference is that „BERKO“ harvesters are designed with reversible mechanism- an opposite drive with the possibility of changing the direction of rotation, which enables the operator to unclog the harvester without leaving the tractor. Therefore, in the case of clogging, quick unclogging of every section of the harvester is made possible without the possibility of injury of the operator. This is a unique feature of “BERKO” harvesters.

„V“ TYPE DISC HARROW-TRAILED WITH ROLLER

The towed „V“ plate belongs to the category of large ie. heavy

saucers. It is suitable for peeling stubble, shredding and the

question of harvest residues and manure, as well as for plowing

plowed land before sowing.

Tillage is accomplished using rotating toothed discs.

The discs are made of high-alloy wear-resistant steel.

The hydraulic cylinder very easily raises and lowers the wheels

and moves the machine from the machine from the transport to

the working position.

The latest cross-sectional construction provides a solid

construction in all operating conditions.

CAMBRIDGE ROLLER

The cambridge roller produced in „BERKO“ is

a multi-purpose machine.

It is used for rolling the prepared soil before

and after sowing wheat, soybeans, or corn,

which ensures uniform germination of crops

and prevenst the formation of crusts.

Disassembly and assembly of the machine, the

alteration from transport to working position is

enabled by the use of hydraulics.

GRUBBER AND SUBSOILERS WITH ROLLER

Gruber represents a technological revolution in tillage

because it replaces a large number of different

machines.

They are suitable for cultivating different types of soil

with a compact and combined structure.

Gruber allows good soil shredding and mixing of crop

residues.

The rotor increases performance as it shreds grass and

crop residues, crumbles, shreds and levels the soil.

The shredder provides twice the working efficiency

compared to conventional tools. It breaks down the soil

base and helps the plants develop early. It forms a

reservoir of water underground.

SHORT DISC HARROW WITH ROLLER

The disc harrow has great advantages in tillage for the

preparation of sowing bedding and chopping plant

residues.

By mixing plant residues with the soil, a bed is obtained

which is rich in crushed humus and harmonized

biological balance.

Saucer’s working results are visible on the yields next

year.

SPRING TINE TILLER WITH ROLLER

Seeders are used for pre-sowing land preparation,

which is inevitable for the work of every farmer.

Our seed drills are extremely robust and therefore have

a longer service life, minimal servicing and

maintenance costs.

We produce seed hoppers in working widths from 3m to

12,2 m.

The machine can be produced at the customer’s

request with „S“ springs, spear-shaped attachments

(„duck paws“), or with Germinator flat springs with a

spear extension.

CHISEL WITH ROLLER

The chisel is a machine of a newer generation that breaks the

plow sole at a depth of 45 cm, shakes the soil, activates life in

the soil and thus improves plant growth. The shape of the

blade used in our machines has proven itself well because it

passes well-slides through the ground and prevents lumps

from coming to the surface.

Optimal service life and power are achieved due to desing

parametric modeling with a 3D system and a variety of MES

design systems.

INTER ROW CULTIVATOR

The machine is intended for inter-row cultivation of wide-row

agricultural crops: corn, sugar beet, sunflower and vegetable

crops.

Each working unit of our row cultivator works independently

and has its own wheel which controls the desired depth of

cultivation.

Elastic „S“ hoes enable efficient weeding.

The bearing of the work units is made using ball bearings,

and not plastic sleeves as with other manufacturers.

We make eight-row and six-row cultivators in a collapsible

version with a hydraulic cylinder.

Robust and rigid construction ensures stability in operation

and longevity of the machine without maintenance.
