o Steel, joist, and metal deck complete. Detailing near complete

Schedule:
• The Baseline Schedule was updated for progress through January 24, 2019. Phase 1B construction
scheduled for completion on 12/10/20
• PCC’s to Issue Master Schedule Update, progress through 05/31/19
• The project is on schedule and without any delays
• The Four Week Look Ahead, describing current activities in more detail, is issued with this report.
CMR Allowance:
• No allowances to report at this time.

• Fabrizi (BP31A – Early Site Work) – Unsuitable Soils

o Total used - $57,915.50 (Final – Balance to NCC)
• North Coast Concrete (03A – Concrete) – Foundation Undercuts
o Total allowance - $62,084.50 (remaining balance from Fabrizi)
o Total used - $34,755.00 (thru May’19). Remaining balance of $27,329.50
• LMR Construction (04A – Masonry) – Winter Conditions
o Total allowance - $236,800
o Total used – $63,836.06 (Thru May’19). Balance of $172,963.94
Project Cost:
Per BCSD request, all Owner/ Design Team initiated changes will be applied against PCC’s $1,475,070.00
construction contingency. In the event that this contingency is exhausted, PCC will be reimbursed for these Owner/
Design Team initiated changes as required to fund contingency items. All Owner/ Design Revision costs will be
reviewed and approved by the Owner, Design Team, and PCC prior to the costs being applied to contingency. PCC
will track PCC contingency items separate from Owner/ Design Team related items on the Contingency Log,
included with this report.
The Project is currently on budget. PCC has approved $39,562.43 in Contractor contingency (PCC Contingency
Items 1 thru 3). There is a total of $233,407.01 in approved Owner/ Design Team related Changes that have been
applied to the contingency. Currently, there is $1,202,100.56 in available construction contingency. Refer to the
aforementioned Contingency Log for additional information.
There is $47,648.20 of additional Owner/ Design Team cost items pending final pricing and review. A total of
$35,609.89 in Owner/ Design Team changes is submitted for approval. Note these pending and submitted cost
items may increase, decrease, or be rejected. Total committed contingency (approved, pending, and submitted for
approval) is $356,227.53 (balance = $1,118,842.47).
