BENILDE ALUMNI REGISTRATION FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS (BARGS)

Congratulations to all Graduating students of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. In partial fulfillment of your NOTICE OF C A N D I D A C Y F O R G R A D U AT I O N (NOCG) requirements and application, All graduating students are required to register to the Benilde Alumni Association and settle the Benilde Alumni Membership fee.

The membership and registration in the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Alumni Association will ensure the following:

1. Lifetime registration in the official DLS-CSBAA BENILDE ALUMNI DATABASE.2. Registration in the official list of graduates of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Alumni Association.

(graduating batch and school chapter)3. Lifetime inclusion in the DLS-CSBAA EMPLOYMENT & EMPLOYERS CONFIRMATION MASTER

LIST (For companies & third-party employment affiliates confirming graduation status and alumni membership status of job applicants via their Human Resource Department).

4. Eligibility to join events and clubs organized by the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Alumni Association, form local and international alumni chapters and create batch reunions and homecoming.

5. Formalizes your status as an Alumnus of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and your support to your association.

Breakdown of Alumni Membership Fee:Alumni Registration & Processing: Php 2000.00Alumni Card Fee: Php 800.00 (3 years validity)

Total Fee: Php 2800.00 (inclusive of delivery, domestic only)

DON’T BE CONFUSED WITH THE FOLLOWING:

THE GRADUATION FEE SHOULD BE PAID TO THE ACCOUNT OF DLS-CSB (See instructions of the Finance Office of DLS-CSB for payment details.)

THE ALUMNI FEE OF 2,800 PESOS SHOULD BE PAID TO THE OFFICIAL ACCOUNTS OF DE LA SALLE-COLLEGE OF SAINT BENILDE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

“Please remember that you are entitled to join the graduation event of DLS-CSB even if you just paid and settled the “GRADUATION FEE”. But do take note that the Alumni Membership,

“ALUMNI FEE” is part of the clearance process for the “release of the official graduation and student credentials”. You have to be marked as "cleared" to all offices/departments

listed in your Benilde SIS account for your clearance to be processed. The BENILDE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION is included in the list of offices/departments

and marked as ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP.”

 1 Only deposit/pay the alumni fee of two thousand eight hundred pesos (Php 2800.00) to DLS-CSB Alumni Assoc. Inc. UCPB account. The rest of the "graduation fees" must be settled with the school's accounting office or to the account of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. 2 For the safety of our employees, students, and fellow alumni, we are switching to online and cashless transaction in light of the current situation our country is facing brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. 3 If you prefer an over-the-counter payment, you may do so through a UCPB Bank branch near you.

 Important Notes: The Benilde Alumni Membership Fee is inclusive of delivery charge

(domestic only). We will deliver your Benilde Alumni Card to your chosen delivery address.

2. Secure proof of payment- A scanned copy or photo of your deposit slip, or

- A screenshot of bank deposit or bank transfer transaction

3. Proceed to the official online BENILDE ALUMNI REGISTRATION FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS (BARGS): Alumni Database Registration.

Be ready with a soft copy of your proof of alumni fee payment and your graduation portrait (if available). If you do not have a graduation portrait, you may use any formal ID photo (wearing proper attire, with a

clear background). Both of which you need to upload on the online form.

4. After submitting the online form, you will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your BARGS.

5. As soon as you settled and submitted all the requirements, you may check your SIS account for the clearance status of your “ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP". A “CLEARED” status will reflect in the system 3 to 5 days after you have submitted the BARGS form.

Important Notice: To avoid delays in processing the submitted BARGS registration, Please fulfill requirements days ahead before the submission deadline of the DLS-CSB Office of the Registrar, as we need 24 to 48 hours to review and confirm bank deposits and payments. Always remember that Cheque deposits to any banks, would

take 3 to 5 banking days.
