History

The civilization was affect by geeks and Phoenicians, but after these came to there the romans. The people who lived in Benidorm had to basis economic the fishing.

In 1245 Jaime I won Benidorm. During the XIX century, Benidorm was expanding and it made an alliance with Madrid and Alicante.

In 1956, the town concil of Benidorm itself declared a turist town.

Now, Benidorm is a very turist town and the people call to Benidorm the spanish Manhattan. There is a

Things to DoIn Benidorm there are a lots of places to visit.

•If you want to relax, yo can go to two beaches Poniente and Levante.

•If yo want to be excited, yo can go to Tierra Mitica, Aqualandia, Aqua Natura, skydriving and activites in the sea called Banana Split, Fly Fish and a infatable circuit.

•If you want to explore, you can go to Canelobe’s cave, The Algar Falls and the Benidorm’s island.

•If you want to go partying, you can go along the seafront because there are a lot of discotheques and pubs.

•If you want to learn, there are museums like wax Museum, agricultural Museum, lead soldiers museums and the maritime cultural central.

•If you want to see beautiful views, you can go to viewpoint and in the top of the Bali

Getting There

The best way to go to Benidorm is by car. Benidorm and Nava de la Asunción are a 590 km in road and there a 5h 30 min.

You cross Guadarrama, Boadilla del Monte, Getafe, Toledo, Cuenca, Albacete and Alicante.
