El departamento mecánico, dotado de modernas instalaciones de alta tecnología, elabora los proyectos con la asistencia de su oficina técnicadonde se realiza y examina los moldes y las herramientas empleadas en las fases de producción.

La calidad de nuestros productos queda asegurada todavía más gracias a la actividad del Laboratorio Metalográfico, que efectúa los controles de calidad necesarios, tanto de los materiales utilizados como de los procesos de producción.Los datos de estos controles están a disposición del cliente, si los solicita.

El departamento de cizallado es el pulmón de la empresa. Es aquí donde tienen lugar las fases delicadas de la producción. Los anillos elásticos y las arandelas dentadas se fabrican en modo automático, bajo el atento control de técnicos calificados.

The following step in the working process takes place in our Heat Treatment department, where all retaining rings and washers are processed through different kinds of heat treatment in order to guarantee correct hardness and elasticity, according to the provision of specification.

Dans l’atelier de traitements thermiques, des installations automatisées soumettent les produits, provenantde l’atelier de découpage, à unesérie de traitements thermiquesservant à leur garantir la dureté etl’élasticité requises par les normesinternationales de référence.

L’atelier de découpage constitue le poumon de l’entreprise. En effet, c’est ici qu’ont lieu les phases délicates de la production. Les anneaux élastiques et les rondelles à denture sont produits, de façon automatique, sous le contrôle attentif de techniciens qualifiés.

The Productive process is fully performed in our Blanking Department by high speed press machines.Our daily production of retaining rings and serrated lock washers is carefully supervised by certified technicians.

Dans l’unité magasin et expéditions se trouvent deux lignes de stockage intensives mises en mouvement par des dispositifs de translation et d’élévation avec gestion informatisée du stockage, du prélèvement et de l’expédition de la marchandise commandée.

Our Warehouse and Shipping department is provided with two lines of high capacity stock with automatic conveyors and elevators for the picking of goods. Complete information about items and shipments are processed by our computer system and sent to the Sales Office for final checking and invoicing.

Die Maschinenbauwerkstatt ist mit modernen hochtechnologischen Anlagen ausgestattet und entwirft, fertigt und prüft - in Zusammenarbeit mit ihrem Konstruktionsbüro - die in den verschiedenen Produktionsphasen verwendeten Gesenke und Ausrüstungen.

Once production process is completed, retaining rings and washers are sent to the Packaging department, where a state-of-the-art automatic equipment sets correct weight and quantity of boxes and pallets and prints proper labels, assuring traceability of each box.

L’unité d’emballage des marchan-dises a recours à une structure automatique pour le conditionne-ment et l’emballage des produits.La pesée, la numérotation descolis et la palettisation descartons sont effectuées de manière automatique et l’enregistrement informatique de toutes les données en phase d’expédition permet un contrôle minutieux et la traçabilité des lots de production.

El departamento de embalaje de mercancías utiliza una estructura automática para el empaquetado y embalaje de los productos.El pesaje, la numeración de los bultos y la correspondiente paletización de las cajas se efectúan en modo automático;

en fase de envío se procede al registro informático de todos los datos, lo cual permite el control preciso y la trazabilidad de los lotes de producción.En el departamento Almacén y Envíos hay dos líneas de almacenes intensivos que se maniobran mediante elevadores-transportadores automáticos con gestión computarizada para el almacenamiento, recolección y expedición de la mercancía pedida.
