6. File the summary report with the IRS by Feb 28th or electronically if over 250 forms generated.

FILING & DELIVERY DEADLINES

• Deliver Paper 1095 forms to employees by January 31st, 2017

• Deliver Paper 1094C Forms to the IRS by February 28th 2017

• Electronic Submittal of 1094C forms to the IRS by March 31, 2017
