No Separate ETL engine As per the EL-T methodology, since the transformations are done at the target databaseonly which would leverage the database capabilities hence there is no need for another transformation engineof the tool and hence the transformation overhead is not there in EL-T.
Faster, More efficient Since data is first moved to the target database before transformation in EL-T, the loadinto final tables after transformation is the faster in comparison to ETL as the data is on the same server after thetransformation. Hence, NO overhead of data migration from transformation engine to the final target tables.
