The brand "Doppstadt“ guarantees reliability and operational safety. Doppstadt-

technology, i. e. driving and tail pulleys, tension and snub pulleys are working in

overland and face conveyors, conveying bridges, excavators etc.

Belt pulleys from Calbe can be equipped with various bearings. The diameters

range from 250 mm to 2500 mm and the face length from 600 mm to 3500 mm.

Las poleas para correas de Calbe ponen en movimiento los equipos transportadores

más grandes de Sudamérica. La marca “Doppstadt” es sinónimo de confiabilidad

y seguridad operativa. Trátese de poleas motrices, deflectoras, tensoras o de

contracción, la tecnología Doppstadt es utilizada en correas transportadoras

para largas distancias (overland), transportadores de frente de avance,

puentes transportadores, apiladores, retroexcavadoras, entre otros.

Las poleas de Calbe pueden ser equipadas con los más variados

tipos de rodamientos. Las principales medidas de diámetro

de éstas varían en promedio entre los 250 y 2.500 mm,

mientras que el largo de manto entre 600 y 3.500 mm.

Belt pulleys with flanged bearings, sliding bearings or special bearings with different sealings (rotary shaft seal, labyrinth seal Taconite seal, felt seal ring) provided by renowned suppliers or according to our own design. Drive pulleys for slip-on gear mechanisms or with coupling (optionally with spring key connection, with stepped cylindric press fit or with taper adapter) are available for one- or two-shaft drive. Tail pulleys and snub pulleys can be equipped for slip control systems or for overspeed control. Belt pulleys can be coated by profiled, non-profiled or napped rubber, polyurethane or ceramics, even crowned with different thicknesses. The lagging can be hot-vulcanized or cold-bonded. Depending on the requirements and the conditions of application, the belt pulleys can be supplied as welded constructions or with tensioning sets, I-or T-shape.

Poleas para correas con rodamientos con bridas, cojinetes de deslizamiento o rodamientos de canastillo con diferentes tipos de sello (O-Ring, sello de laberinto, sello Taconite, retén de fieltro), provenientes de renombrados proveedores o de diseño propio.

Poleas motrices para reductores o con embrague (opcionalmente con junta elástica, unión cilíndrica escalonada o manguito cónico) están disponibles para el accionamiento unilateral y bilateral. Las poleas deflectoras y de contracción pueden ser equipadas para sistemas de control de deslizamiento o para monitores de control de revoluciones. El revestimiento de las poleas puede ser perfilado, sin perfilar y con relieve; de caucho, poliuretano o cerámica; también para versiones convexas, en diferentes espe-sores. El revestimiento puede ser vulcanizado en caliente o encolado en frío. Según los requerimientos y las condiciones de aplicación, las poleas pueden ir soldadas o con sets de sujeción en forma de I o T.
