MODE

Global change and a dynamic business landscape is challenging

the tools and skills of a leader. Who can then be the best fit in such a

scenario? As a business house ourselves, we are mindful of this

talent gap. At Jaipuria therefore, we go beyond business, to focus on the

student who is at the core. The program is rigorous, challenging and

innovative. It is embedded with a real transformational experience that

goes beyond curriculum or industry exposure to a change in the way

they live, learn, think and grow.

I take this opportunity to showcase this growth journey that Jaipurians

of the present batch have embarked upon. I present to you 2000+ young

thinkers, dreamers and innovators who are chiselled and ready to be

their best from day one.

Year one at Jaipuria prepares students with the fundamental knowledge and skills. It starts with an orientation and is followed by an Individual Development Plan that helps students to plan their journey ahead. Learning with like- minded peers and guided by extraordinary faculty team as partner and mentors, they collaborate and learn from each other. Further classroom sessions, live projects and internships enrich their learning.

YEARONE

Jaipuria puts its students on task right in the first year through summer internship. Every student is given a perfect launchpad before the final act for self-exploration and to decide on their specific areas of interest. The summer internship gives the first real exposure to the business world. This gives students the first opportunity to test and apply knowledge gained in the first year.

SUMMERINTERNSHIP

The second year of the program deepens understanding and prepares learners for the industry challenges and opportunities from a holistic vantage point. Thus the second year is a preparation for future challenges.

The students get to choose from 10 electives and super specialise for the industry. In year two Jaipuria literally gives its students wings to fly. Above all Jaipuria's Association with International Universities helps them to acquire international exposure and become ready for the global stage.

"Big data is the future". Data and the ability to analyze those numbers is of sheer importance. IBM COGNOS was a great way of introducing us to data crunching. The practice of breaking down complicated data into small chunks relevant to decision making process was something Cognos helped us practice that played a crucial role in the recruitment.
