Year one at Jaipuria prepares students with the fundamental knowledge and skills. It starts with an orientation and is followed by an Individual Development Plan that helps students to plan their journey ahead. Further classroom sessions, live projects and internships enrich their learning.

Jaipuria puts its students on task right in the first year through summer internship. Every student is given a perfect launchpad before the final act for self-exploration and to decide on their specific areas of interest. The summer internship gives the first real exposure to the business world. This gives students the first opportunity to test and apply knowledge gained in the first year.

The second year of the program deepens understanding and prepares learners for the industry challenges and opportunities from a holistic vantage point. Thus the second year is a preparation for future challenges.

Prof. Devi Singh is recognized as one of the top academic leaders in India and is currently associated as distinguished professor at Jaipuria Noida. He was the Director of IIM-Lucknow for more than ten years and is a well-known Professor of International Finance & Management. He has also served as the Director of Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and was a Visiting Professor at the McGill University, Canada.
