From the opening of our first company (Elames) the group has grown to incorporate many companies specializing in various areas of building finishes and other specialist needs. Elames is the core company for finishing materials in the Group supplying Bathrooms, Kitchens, Tiles, Marble,

Laminate / Vinyl / Carpet flooring solutions, Ironmongery, ceiling systems and many other products.

Established in 1973 Elames has played a major role in supplying materials to most of the prestigious con-

struction projects over the years ranging from Private Villas all the way through to Hotels , Palaces and major

Commercial developments.

The company has a strong history dealing with brands from Europe and around the world for over three de-

cades. As well as a specialist contract sales team dealing direct with the customers on site we also operate

from one of the largest showrooms in Bahrain (Sitra) displaying our full range of products.

Our services include full design and estimation support from our in house designers a full production facility

for the Marble department capable of dealing with the most demanding projects and various support and

installation teams to ensure that the products supplied are of the highest possible standard.

We are confident that we can supply the very best products and service and look forward to dealing with any

Behzad Lighting was formed in 1995 to focus on the lighting needs of our customers and offers an extensive

range of Interior and Exterior lighting solutions both Decorative and Technical.

Our projects include Hotels, Palaces, Commercial office, Showrooms, Residential buildings and Private Villas.

The staff have extensive experience in all of the above projects and can offer expert technical and design

advice backed up by a wide range of products sourced from Europe and around the world.

Our products are displayed in one of the largest dedicated lighting showrooms in Bahrain and our buying

department continually travels overseas to ensure that we have the very latest styles and designs available.

Behzad Trading was established to offer access to the full range of Behzad group products in the Eastern

Province of Saudi Arabia.

Through our main showroom and distribution centre in Al Khobar we can supply the whole of the region using

the buying power and support of the Behzad Group in the middle east.

With its own warehouse and recently upgraded showroom we currently display the full range of products

available Bathrooms, Tiles, Marble, Laminate / Vinyl / Carpet flooring solutions, Ironmongery and ceiling sys-

tems.

Our dedicated sales and Management team have extensive experience in the industry and can offer advice

on all of the products that we offer.

The latest addition to the Group based in the UAE and focused primarily on dealing with the growing project

market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE as whole.

This business is project focused with offices staff based in the center of Abu Dhabi.

The local team deal with major developers and specifiers and offer a wide range of the company’s products

with technical and purchasing support from Bahrain.

BCON was formed within the Behzad Group to facilitate the delivery of all our Group installation and mainte-

nance services.

The new company has been established with existing Group staff and management to carry on the work

already being offered for over 28 years by Elames BSC © and it will expand to offer a service where ultimately

all of the materials sold by the Group can be installed and maintained for our clients.

The BCON team have extensive experience of major projects in the commercial, retail and leisure sectors

along with a long history of dealing with Private villas and Residences.

The Group is currently operating with ISO 9001:2000 and BCON will develop the system to ensure consistent

delivery of high quality services and will be included in the new ISO certification once approved (9001:2008).

The aim of the new business is to continue the long history of high quality service that we have offered over

the last 3 decades under the new company title so that we can focus and develop the installation and main-

tenance side of the company.
