PETRUS OLD BROWN | BROUWERIJ DE BRABANDERE, BAVIKHOVE 5.5% 12.5 Mahogany, full, rich & soft, chocolate, vanilla, passionfruit, slightly sour.

PETRUS AGED PALE ALE | BROUWERIJ DE BRABANDERE, BAVIKHOVE 7.3% 13 Old gold, oak, sherry and pears, sour and tart, low carbonation. On the nose, hay, straw, barnyard, mild vinegar. On the palate, lightly malty, faint sweetness, lingering sour edge intensifies to a tart finish. Warning: though this one is the base for all the Petrus beers, it is definitely “not for everyone”.

A refreshing slight sour blonde ale with the malty character of a Belgian blonde ale and the complex aromas of traditional Lambic. The lactic fermentation of the Lambic adds a gently sour touch to the beer, making the beer very refreshing while still having the main body of a top fermented beer.

OUD BEERSEL ‘BERSALIS’ SOURBLEND ‘GRAND CRU’ 13.75 OUD BEERSEL BREWERY, BEERSEL 8.00% Hazy blond color. A combination of the spicy character of Bersalis Tripel and ripe fruit with notes of pear, banana and green apple. Refreshing and full-bodied beer with the taste of ripe fruit supported by an underlying sourness of Lambic with a punch.
