She doesn’t seem interested in the job. I think she is that kind of person who would not put any extra effort or extra time. That leaves us with the last Candidate. . .

He doesn’t seem to be nice, but he is serious andhas the right qualifications. I wish we had found someone younger, but I guess he is adequate.

He has worked in Marketing. The job of Market Research Assistant requires someone with knowledge in the field.
