Beast Mask Materials: 2 Mocha Brown 260’s 1 Blush 260 1 White 260 1 Black 260 1 Goldenrod 260 1 Mocha Brown 350 (can be a 260) 1. Base - Mocha Brown 260, Fully inflate, really soft. To make a three-pass helmet, Measure the head, twist, tie the knot (NO BUBBLE) around the twist. With the remaining balloon, twist a small bubble at the end of the balloon and twist it into the back center of the hat base. 2. On the two sides, twist about a hands length back from the center front. For the bubble that passes over the head, make a twist about ½ a hands length (half of what is shown in the photo). 3. Lower Jaw - Mocha Brown 260, 4” Tail. 1” Pinch twist, secure to one of the base helmet side twists. 6” soft bubble. 1” Pinch twist, 3” bubble, 1” Pinch Twist, 6” soft bubble, 1” Pinch twist and secure last pinch twist to the other base helmet side twist. Beast Mask

1. Base - Mocha Brown 260, Fully inflate, really soft. To make a three-pass helmet, Measure the head, twist, tie the knot (NO BUBBLE) around the twist. With the remaining balloon, twist a small bubble at the end of the balloon and twist it into the back center of the hat base.

4. Eyes Brows, Goatee – Blush 260. Leave a 2” Tail and 2” uninflated at the nozzle end. Twist in center and secure to base hat top bubble twist.

5. On either side of the center twist, make two soft, equal bubble about 7”. Twist into the side pinch twists. Shape the soft bubbles so they have a distinct bend in them.

6. Bring both halves of the blush balloon together – below the bottom jaw – about a 12” bubble. Using what’s left, make a 3 bubble bird body ending with a small bubble at the very bottom.

7. Eyes and Teeth. White 260, 5” Tail. Twist knot into base side twist. Make a soft bubble that will reach the top bubble twist and secure there, Soft bubble to reach the other base side twist. Break white balloon off and save remaining for the teeth – about 10” worth of air. 2” bubble, secure to lower jaw pinch twist, 1” bubbles to reach the other pinch twist, finish with another 2” bubble. Tie off, discard remaining white balloon.

7. Nose. Black 260, 7” tail. Secure nozzle to center front of the base. Make a slightly soft, 2” bubble. Pinch twist, break off and save remaining black balloon.

8. Mane. Mocha Brown 350, Goldenrod 260. Fully inflate both, make sure the 350 is really soft. Spiral. Twist in half. Secure center twist to Base top twist. Pull down around both sides of the mask and secure to itself (use one of the nozzles and tie to the opposite end bubbles.

9. Position the top front so that the brown is in front, make a twist in the goldenrod balloon about a hand’s length from the center – do this on both sides. This is where your horns will go. Position the goldenrod bubble into the back of the goatee.

10. Horns. Use black balloon saved from nose bubble. Two small pinch twist for positioning. Using about 6” of balloon, make and “S” shape and twist above the “S”. Making the shape before twisting will give you a better shape. Make two of these and secure them to the twists you made in the goldenrod balloon.

11. Artwork. The eyes are the only artwork, Black Centers, Blue Eyes, White Dots.
