GReetiNGs ,

We are pleased to be one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the greater Washington region. The Fall 2013 edition of Home showcases that growth and highlights the company’s most recent accomplishments.

While the data shows our company’s financial strength, there is more to tell than just the numbers. The following pages tell the story of a company delivering the best results for our clients across the Washington area.

There were several milestones and highlights from the past few months I’d like to share, including:

• Opened our new Bethesda, Maryland office: Opened for business on September 1, 2013, this new office location is the perfect location to serve all of our Maryland and upper northwest clients.

• New agents continue to move to Beasley Real Estate. Most recently, we welcomed Nelson G. Marban and his associate, John Williams.

• Month over month Beasley continues to post 50% growth in sales overall.

But it is not just within the Washington area that Beasley continues to grow. This summer we continued to expand our global reach by fostering relationships with international collaborators in London like Candy & Candy, Savills, and Knight Frank. London and Washington are intimately connected and it is imperative that we help clients in both locales seamlessly transfer between the two.

As we look forward, we are well positioned for continued success in 2014.

As always, your feedback is welcomed and I encourage you to visit BeasleyRE.com to see the entirety of our inventory and to learn more about our agents.

Cheers,

Jim Bell, Founder and Managing Partner

This autumn is all about bringing the outdoors inside with cool blue-greens and natural elements. Try setting a table with faux leaf place mats and mixing antique and contemporary dishware to create bountiful layers of styles and textures.

lanDscape Design consulTanT—roberT bell

Outside it’s finally cool and windows and doors are open. Set up a table outside for relaxing or entertaining. Our long falls mean plants can be green well into October, so plan gardens with evergreen texture and interesting seed pods or bark. Distinctive hardscape elements like a copper trellis or textured stone paving add interest even after frosts.
