Bear Headband

Supplies:

-Acrylic worsted weight yarn (I think I used some of that Caron Wintuk stuff)-G hook-yarn needle

-tape measure-stitch markers

Instructions:

Note: The ears are worked in spirals, that is you will be working in the roundwithout joing rows.

Ears (make 2)

-ch 2, 6 sc in second ch from hook.

-2 sc in each sc.

-(inc. in next sc, sc in next sc) repeat for round.

-(inc. in next sc, sc in next 8sc) X 2

-work even for 2 rounds

-slip stich in next 3 stitches, sc in next 14 stitches, slip stitch in next 3 stitches.

-repeat last round

-Slip stitch in next 3 slip stiches, sc decrease, sc in next 10 stitches, slip stitch inthe next 3 slip stitches, finish off.

Band

-Ch 12 (or you could chain more or less for a thicker or thinner band)

-Work double crochet rows until piece is long enough to fit around your headcomfortably. Seam ends together.

-Sew ears to band and you're done!
