THE FOLLOWING ITEMS QUALIFY FOR SALE: • Items must be original works of art created by the seller. The hand-created component must dominate

the commercial component, and the commercial component must be transformed in a way that makesthe work unique.

• Items must be of original, unique work or design. The Beale Street Market will not allow any items madefrom commercial kits of any kind.

• The starting material must be significantly altered and enhanced by the artist.• The product must meet basic expectations of product life, function and safety.• Clothing sold at Market must be made by the artist. Commercially made and bought clothes that have

been embroidered, dyed or printed are not acceptable.• Items commonly associated with venues such as flea markets or county fairs will not be accepted.• All art items must be approved by Market Management prior to being sold at the Market. Please submit

pictures of artwork with application or email to ahouska@cullprop.com.

FULL SEASON RENTAL: Vendors who wish to reserve space must submit a completed application no later than April 8, 2020.

MID-SEASON RENTAL: Vendors who wish to reserve space mid-season for the remainder of the season may do so by submitting a completed application no later than two weeks prior to desired first appearance at the Market.

DAILY RENTAL: Vendors who wish to reserve space for an individual Market day(s) must submit a completed application no later than two weeks prior to desired Market day.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Space is limited to 50 vendors per Market. Space assignments are issued by the Market Manager, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

FEES: _____ Full Season - $100 (single space); $200 (double space)

_____ Daily Vendor: $25 per Market (single space); $50 per Market (double space).

The Beale Street Market is not responsible and will assume no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or personal injury suffered by the undersigned from any cause whatsoever. I acknowledge that any work or property is displayed at my own risk. I further acknowledge and agree that St. Charles Noah Development and the Beale Street Market may, at its sole discretion, remove any product that is not Missouri or Illinois grown or that does not meet the standards of the Beale Street Market. I also understand that the Beale Street Market staff reserves the right to reject any vendor. Furthermore, I release all rights to photography taken during the Beale Street Market to St. Charles Noah Development for future usage in print, production, advertising, publication, etc. I further acknowledge that I will not be paid for any use of images of the work. The undersigned hereby represents he/she has read and understands this release and that by signing below the undersigned agrees to be legally bound by this release and to indemnify and hold harmless St. Charles Noah Development and the Beale Street Market.
