Fold the wire in half, string four pink seed beads and

move them to the middle of the wire. We can refer to

the wire’s left side as orange and the right side as

purple.

Thread the purple wire, in the opposite direction through the first bead stringed. These four seed beads form a circle and also the start of the right angle weave

handbag pattern.

Both wires must come out in opposite sides of this last bead

stringed of cluster 55.

If possible, repeat and then work the wires back through the beads and end off.

Step 21

Before you fold the piece, find the pink star

in cluster 13 to attach the pink pearl.

Thread the 10 cm piece of wire through the button and then through the pearl and

through the button again . Do this a few times if possible. Both ends of the wire must come

out through the button on the inside.

Add the pink pearl by putting in place a

small button on the inside of the piece. This will hold the

pearl in place.

End off the wire on the inside by twisting the two ends a few times. Cut off the excess wire around 1

cm from the button. Push the twisted wire flat.

Thread the blue, 30 cm wire through the top

beads of clusters 11, 16 and 21.

When you fold the piece on the fold-lines, those three beads will

form ¾ of a cluster.

Fold the weaved piece on the fold lines and follow the next few steps to do the sides of the handbag and also the handles.

direction through the seed bead.

We will now make the handles. String one pink

seed bead onto the one end of the wire.
