Cost is $70 per hour, plus $10/hour per staff member and cost of gas. The service coverage area spans from the Navarre Bridge to Crab Island and Destin Harbor. The service is available during regular business hours. For more information, call 850.884.6939. RESERVATIONS Use of available equipment is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis with the following exceptions: campers, boats, canopies and cookers may be reserved by Hurlburt Field Active Duty personnel 3 calendar months in advance. Other personnel may reserve 60 days in advance. A one day deposit is required per each week reserved. No refunds unless cancelled 72 hours or more in advance. LATE FEES & CLEANING FEES Fees are as follows: FamCamp and RV Storage Lot— $5 charge for every seven days late (i.e., fourteen days late, there will be a $10 charge). Late return of equipment—$2 per day. A $15 cleaning fee will be charged for grills not properly cleaned when returned. There is also a $50 cleaning fee assessed to site rentals not properly cleaned. EQUIPMENT INSPECTION Patrons must inspect equipment before leaving and advise attendant of any discrepancies. We make every attempt to assure that all equipment is clean and serviceable. Help prolong its life through proper care and use so that others may enjoy. BOATING SAFETY CLASSES An online boaters safety course is available at boatus. org/onlinecourse/Florida.asp. The online boating safety training is applicable for adults of all ages and meets the state approved requirement for those born after January 1, 1988. Please bring in your passing online boating safety certificate during normal business hours to complete in-person briefing of rental rules and regs. Both the test and briefing must be completed before a boater’s safety card can be issued. This is a requirement to rent all motorized watercraft vehicles, and card is valid at Hurlburt and Eglin. RULES AND REGULATIONS1. Help keep your FamCamp clean, neat and orderly.
2. Pets must be kept on a leash, quiet and not left unattended. Owners must clean up after pets.
3. Park only at your campsite or the overflow lot.
4. Clothes lines not permitted.
5. For their safety, children must be under supervision at all times.
6. Speed limit is 10 mph and is enforced.
7. Checkout time is noon. There are no refunds for early check out.
8. Firearms and fireworks are not allowed.
9. We cannot be responsible for loss by fire, storm, accident, theft, or an other cause beyond our reasonable control.
10. We reserve the right to remove any person(s), without refund, from the park for failure to abide by FamCamp rules.
11. All vehicles must maintain current tags and registration.
12. Wifi is available at the FamCamp office as a convenience and not intended to cover the whole campground.
13. Please place your trash in the dumpster.
