The complex offers comfort and all the conveniences to the tourists:

The resort responds to all requirements and is professionally equipped. The

catering unit serves a 220 seats restaurant and porterhouse. Other units include

fitness centre, hairdresser's, beautiful green gardens, several swimming pools,

children's spots, an animation stage and others.

It is situated right next to the sea in a prime first line position. There is no

development between the resort and the beach. The sand on the south side of Sunny

Beach naturally consists of a larger surface area meaning plenty more space

compared to the central areas.

There is a dual power supply for water and electricity. The seven tiers consist of

two central air conditioning systems which also provide heating. This allows year round

use of the facility. The resort also offers private parking with 20 spaces.

The complex has a medium class category and is wonderfully managed. The

owners of the company and resort have thirty years experience in hotel management

and tourism. They currently provide their own management, which is even better than

that of many prominent international chains in this area. Therefore, more than 60% of

the staff have had permanent positions for 10 years as well as a recognised client

base who visit annually.

With its 75 people of well selected, trained and experienced staff, the hotel

complex is among the most visited in Sunny Beach. Due to the high levels of service,

excellent location and wonderful facilities, the resort enjoys an average achievement of

40 000 beds sold per season.

In mid-season the complex already has contracts for the next year. The owners

possess all necessary documents for the sale of the hotel, innovations made to date,
