    BDL Management is a leading UK hotel management company for both branded hotels as well as unique stand alone properties. Specialising in developing and managing hotel assets for owners, we have built 30 hotels and presently run more than 30 hotels in locations across the UK.

    BDL has long-established relationships with Global Brands such as Wyndham Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group and Best Western.

    Partnering IHG, BDL has developed and managed hotels from the limited service Holiday Inn Express, the mid market Holiday Inn, the extended stay Staybridge, the four star deluxe Crowne Plaza brand whilst exploring development of the boutique Indigo brand.

    BDL has partnered Wyndham Hotels Group in developing and rolling out the new and exciting lifestyle brand Ramada Encore in the UK.

    What makes BDL unique is the ability not only to manage branded hotels, but also to maximise hotel revenue and quality within the independent hotel sector. BDL presently manages a number of independent hotels across the UK.

    The BDL portfolio has benefited from aggressive sales, efficient cost control and quality service to ensure the hotels lead their markets and ultimately deliver strong trading performances.

    This market leadership has resulted in BDLs appointment by Anglo Irish Bank and Dunfermline Building Society to manage 19 distressed hotel assets in their name.

    Our in-house team have developed 30 new build hotels and overseen a number of refurbishment and extension projects.

Hotels also require additional local sales and marketing support and a well developed planning and implementation process.

  • Ross Morrow - Property & Development DirectorHaving joined BDL in 2000, Ross has been responsible for BDLs development. He is a Graduate Architect, Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Builder, with wide ranging technical skills. He is also responsible for facilities management, project management and procurement for BDL.

    Louis Woodcock - Chief Executive OfficerHaving founded BDL is 1997, Louis has steered the group to major success over the last 10 years. Louis has served as Chairman of IHGs influential, UK Owners Committee and on the IAHI Board for the EMEA region.
