Tracking

Iden9fy  all  routes  candidates  can  take  to  get  into  ATS.  

Ensure  data  systems  can  iden9fy  and  capture  each  ac9vity  and  source  for  every  route.  

Verify  that  data  can  pass  source  to  ATS  in  format  required  by  ATS.  

Agree  and  implement  consistent  ID  codes    for  every  source  across  the  data  systems.  

Data Decision

Select  five  stage  funnel  defini9ons.  

Select  dura9on  defini9ons.    (e.g.  days  to  find.)  

Select  business  rules  defini9ons.  (e.g.  defini9ons  of  a  hired  job.)  

Data Provisions

Ensure  each  data  system  can  output:  I.  required  data

format  (e.g.  incremental  file  name  daily.)  

Set  up  secure  FTP  server  at  client  site.  

Provide  Broadbean  with  FTP  server  log-­‐in  creden9als.  

Acceptance

Provide  acceptance  data  set  for  BDAS  to  set  against.  (e.g.  these  recruits  had  40  hires    in  this  period  for  these    job  9tles.)  

Roll-out Program

Iden9fy  phased  roll-­‐out  stakeholder  groups.  

Allocate  9me  for  stakeholder  groups  to  test  BDAS  against  exis9ng  reports.
